You can’t always get what you want…..

Listening to Rolling Stones, You Can’t Always Get What You Want. Meanwhile, feeling sad because I was passed up for a part in an upcoming production at my local theatre. 

Frustrated, tired, sad and angry all at the same time. Over a stupid roll in a community theater production??? Or is this just the icing on the proverbial cake?

As this song continues to play it’s only pissing me off more. “You get what you need”. It seems as though lately I get nothing I need. The past 6 months have been a constant display of disappointments from a broken 12 month old Maytag refrigerator, having to unexpectedly replace my roof (at a 5,000.00 expense), purchase a new wash machine, TV went dead this morning and lots of other minor crap. 

Uhg, I shall not continue. Nothing I dislike more that mindless on-line bitching.

In the end…. I guess it’s true, “You can’t always get what you want”.

At this point, I just long to be on stage. :(
